Terminal Blocks

Terminal blocks are used in conjunction with connection heads to connect lead wire attached to the probe to extension cable attached to a meter. JMS-SE offers many different terminal block styles to match the wide variety of connection heads we offer and the variety of customer needs and preferences that we encounter.

	6G4Z Ceramic terminal block with 4 brass terminals and center hole. Excellent for terminating a single or dual element thermocouple or a 3 or 4 wire single element RTD. For use with maximum 14 AWG wire.
	6G6Z Same as 6G4Z with six terminal posts. Excellent for terminating a single, dual, or triple element thermocouple, a 3 or 4 wire single RTD or a 3 wire dual element RTD. For use with maximum 14 AWG wire.
	6G2Z Same as 6G4Z with two terminal posts. Excellent for terminating a single element thermocouple. For use with maximum 14 AWG wire.
	6B8 Ceramic terminal block with center hole and 8 nickel plated brass terminal posts. Excellent choice for 4 wire dual element RTDs. Enables termination without having to solder. For use with maximum 16 AWG wire.
	6B4 Ceramic block with four brass terminal plates. Suitable for most JMS Connection Heads except for 6I, 6T, 6U, 6S250 & 6S125. Maximum 16 AWG wire. Diameter=1.662", Depth=0.6"
	6B6 Ceramic block with six brass terminal plates. Suitable for most JMS Connection Heads except for 6I, 6T, 6U, 6S250 & 6S125. Maximum 16AWG wire. Maximum temperature rating 200°C (392°F). Diameter=1.662", Depth=0.6"
	6BB4 Bakelite terminal block with nickel plated brass terminal posts. More rugged in high vibration low temperature applications than the 6B4/ 6B6 ceramic terminal blocks. Maximum 20AWG wire. Maximum temperature rating 130°C (266°F). Diameter=1.96", Depth=.905"
	6BB6 Same as 6BB4 with six terminal posts. Maximum 20AWG wire. Maximum temperature rating 130°C (266°F). Diameter=1.96", Depth=.905"
	6PT2 Unpluggable terminal blocks for tool free removal of sensors. Excellent option when loop calibrations are required. Terminal body is made of 6.6 Polyamide material with corrosion proof screw clamp parts. Commonly used with 6R & 6I connection heads. 18AWG to 24AWG wire. 6PT3, 6PT4, 6PT6, 6PT8 Also available in 3,4,6, & 8 terminal configurations.
	6G2B Ceramic terminal block with two terminal posts. Excellent for 8 & 14 AWG beaded construction single element thermocouples. Allows the wire to be terminated without needing to bend it!
	6CS4 Ceramic block with 304 stainless steel terminal posts for type 6L and 6Q connection heads. The terminal posts provide easy access to the wires. Maximum 18AWG wire. Diameter=1.662", Depth=.995"
	6CS6 Same as 6C4 (above), with 8 connections
	6G2 Ceramic block with brass terminals. Used with 8 to 14 AWG wire but requires bending wire so 6G2B is preferred. H=.790", W=2.00", D=1.544". Compatible with type 6M, 6N and 6SS connection heads.
	6G4 Same construction as 6G2 (above). H=1.146", W=2.00", D=1.544"
	6C1 Ceramic terminal block with center hole and 2 terminal posts. Good choice for limited space terminal block need for a single element thermocouple. For use with maximum 16 AWG wire.
