We’re thrilled to share some heartwarming news that reflects the power of everyday generosity. Fifth Street Ministries recently received a generous $815 donation from JMS Southeast Inc. and Statesville Process Instruments Inc. This contribution, powered by an employee-driven initiative, is a shining example of how small acts can lead to meaningful change.
Each month, employees at JMS Southeast and Statesville Process Instruments stock their workplace vending machines with snacks and drinks, apply a 100% markup, and donate all profits to local charities. This thoughtful program turns a simple workplace habit into a reliable source of support for nonprofits in the Statesville and Iredell County area.
“This unique initiative shows how everyday workplace traditions can be turned into meaningful acts of generosity,” said Tamara Roach, Executive Director of Fifth Street Ministries. “We are blessed to be included in their monthly rotation and deeply grateful for the support that allows us to continue serving our neighbors in need.”
The $815 donation will go directly toward helping Fifth Street Ministries carry out its mission of providing shelter, hot meals, and compassionate care to individuals and families facing homelessness, domestic violence, and other critical challenges.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to JMS Southeast and Statesville Process Instruments for their ongoing commitment to our community. Your support truly makes a difference!
